I emailed my great recipie for red velvet cupcakes.
I have posted two recipes on my blog, because I have two favourite recipes for cupcakes, and I couldn't decide which one to post between the two. So after a LOT of thought, I just decided to post BOTH. I hope that you don't mind. :)
The first one is for Lemon Curd Cupcakes. They are a really great light cupcake with a hint of lemon flavour in the batter. They also have a surprise center of lemon curd. It might sound like these would be difficult to make, but they are really easy.
The second cupcake recipe I posted is for Special Mocha cupcakes. I had posted about them in an earlier cupcake courier contest, and I just thought that I would post that recipe.
